| Welcome to Special Mums with Special Kids a 4 week programme especially for mums of children with special needs. During the next 4 weeks you will learn valuable strategies that will put the fun back into your life, passion into your relationship and help you to experience calm amongst the chaos. As mums of children with special needs ourselves we know how you feel and appreciate the challenges you face because we walk in similar shoes. |
Morning Programme - Commences Friday 22nd August - 9.30am-11.30am
This programme will be held at Womenspace, 12-14 Homebush Road, Kedron and will be held over 4 consecutive Friday mornings from 9.30am-11.30am commencing on Friday 22nd August. Morning tea will be provided. |
Evening Programme - Commences Monday 25th August - 7pm-9pm
This programme will be held at Womenspace, 12-14 Homebush Road, Kedron and will be held over 4 consecutive Monday evenings from 7pm-9pm commencing on Monday 25th August. Supper will be provided. |

| Week 1 - Lyndsey shows you how to: |

Experience more feelings of joy and happiness in your life; |

Take control of negative self talk; |
| |
Develop a loving relationship with yourself. | |
| Week 2 - Erin will help you to kick down the barriers of:- |

Exhaustion; |
| |
Lack of time to exercise or cook; |
| |
Fears about food; |
| |
Stress and an inability to relax. | |
| Week 3 - Kris will move you out of chaos helping you to :- |
| |
Reconnect with your child and develop effective communication; |

Establish good time management practices; |

Create novel ways to approach discipline; |

Deal with unique behaviours in unique ways through positive parenting. | |
| Week 4 - Lyndsey, Erin & Kris come together to help you overcome any challenges you may have experienced when implementing the strategies shared in the previous 3 weeks. |
| This programme is limited to 20 mums at each session to ensure we are able to offer you personalised attention. We advise you to BOOK EARLY to avoid disappointment. |
